Unworn Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Tags & Seals All original tags and seals must be intact
Original Packaging Return in the packaging it was delivered in

Reverse Shipping ₹130 deducted from your refund per shipment
Wallet Refund No reverse shipping charge if you choose HOM Wallet refund
COD Fee COD charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable
Self-Shipping
When If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product?
Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video to support@houseofminimal.in. If the package has a broken seal, do not accept it — record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.
Refunds

Refund Deductions
COD Fee COD charges are non-refundable on all returns
Reverse Shipping ₹100 deducted from refunds to original payment method
Wallet Refund Full amount credited (excluding COD fee) — no reverse shipping deduction
Mode & Timeline
Prepaid Orders Refunded to original payment source within 5–7 working days after processing (1–2 working days post item receipt)
COD Orders Refunded to the bank account you provide within 7 working days of verification
Wallet Refunds Credited within 2 working days after return is received
Important Notes
Wallet Refunds Cannot be reversed to a bank account once credited
Exchanged Orders Refunds for exchanged orders are credited to your HOM Wallet as full product amount
