How it works
Choose the piece and the size you want — only sizes in stock right now can be picked. We email you to confirm and arrange a pickup, and the new size ships once the original reaches us and passes inspection.
Exchanges are for size only. For a different colour or product, start a return and place a new order.

- Unused, unwashed and undamaged
- All original tags and seals intact
- In the packaging it was delivered in
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
